PT Petrolog carried out the industrial heat exchanger maintenance and high-pressure hydroblaster cleaning at ZA III Plant 1 unit of Petrokimia Gresik, Gresik, Jawa Timur. The project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule while maintaining work quality standard.

The scope of work included preventive and corrective maintenance of shell-and-tube and plate-type heat exchangers, focusing on the removal of scaling, polymers, chemical deposits, and process contaminants. Internal and external cleaning was performed using precisely calibrated ultra-high-pressure water jet equipment to remove deposits without compromising the structural integrity of the pipe materials.
