Catalyst Change Out

Catalysts (process catalysts / absorbents) are one of the critical materials required for oil and gas treatment or its downstream production that must be replaced once saturated and losing its function. Catalyst replacement (unloading saturated catalyst and loading the fresh one) is a high risk job involving inert entry, confined space and working at height. It is a very critical job since the quality of catalyst replacement job will affect overall reactor performance.
